Health

To feel my best all day long everyday, what it means to feel this way is that my body feels light & that every movement I do is flowing. How I can get to feel like this is to stretch & have a cold shower.
To wake up & be a quick starter, what it means to do this. I get up do what I have to in the restroom than work. How I can get started quickly is the night before set the goal to wake up & start quicker.
To have awesome skin & hair that just buying the right products for my hair & skin & use them daily. (Keyword use them daily)
To see clearly & to see better all day long everyday. I must research this a bit more, but I think it’s all about focusing when I’m looking at things.
To feel my best inside & out all day long everyday. How to feel better is just like “To feel my best all daylong”
but eating more fruits & vegetables.
