Fitness To Do List - Dorian Howell

Main exercises for each muscle group.

I was thinking of making a videos of 1 exercise per muscle group.

Quadricep: Leg Biceps: Hips Inner and Outer: Buttuck:

(Deep Squats) this is the best exercise for legs.

Calves: (On Dumbbells Calf Raises) this exercise is for people who have no calves  equipment.

Latissimus Dorsi: (Lying Barbell Pullovers) this exercise really works the back and is like french press but what you do is straight arms.

Trapezius and Forearms: (Barbell Shoulder Shrugs) Lifting any heavy weights will work your forearms

Erector Spinae: (Barbell Deadlifts) this is a great exercise for leg biceps and erector spinae.

Deltoids: (Dumbbells Shoulder Press) I like dumbbells because it give full range of motion.

Chest and Triceps: (Barbell Bench Presses)

Abdominal: (Ab Crunches) This exercise is the easiest abdominal exercise.

Oblique: (Seated Twists) This works erector spinae and oblique.

Biceps: (Barbell Bicep Curls) This is the best biceps exercise because anyone can lift more weight.
